Read the label

Always read the product label and any leaflet before use and follow the directions. Product packaging, ingredients and formulations can change, and the label on the pack you receive is the final authority. Products are labelled for particular species, ages and weights, so please check they suit your pet.

Veterinary medicines

Some products we sell, such as flea and tick treatments, are authorised veterinary medicines. They must be used only as directed, on the animal species stated on the label, and kept out of the reach of children. Use veterinary medicines responsibly.

Ratings and reviews

Where a star rating is shown on a product without customer reviews, it reflects ratings given by online shoppers of that product, not by Flux Trading customers. Where we show customer reviews, they are from people who have bought from us.

Brand names, logos and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. Flux Trading Ltd is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with those brands unless we say so.
