Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Delivery options and costs

  • Standard delivery: £1.99 for orders up to 1 kg, or £4.99 for orders over 1 kg.
  • Free Standard delivery on orders of £35 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Express delivery: £6.99. The free delivery offer does not apply to Express.

The delivery cost for your basket is always shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days and Express delivery usually arrives the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or busy periods. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the order date. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation and, where available, tracking details.

Delivery address and missed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully when you order. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, or nobody could receive the parcel and it is returned to us, we may need to charge for sending it again or refund the order less the original delivery cost.

Ownership and risk

Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered and you, or someone you have nominated, takes possession of them.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, email admin@fluxtrading.co.uk or call/WhatsApp +44 7450 315250 as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
