This policy explains how Flux Trading Ltd collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from our website, fluxtrading.co.uk, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

- Payments: handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
How and why we use it
- To take, process, deliver and refund your orders, which is necessary to carry out our contract with you.
- To provide customer support and handle complaints, as part of our contract and our legitimate interest in running a good service.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure, which is our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with
We share data only with organisations that help us run the store, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, couriers and delivery partners, and email, analytics and customer-support providers. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (normally 6 years). Account data is kept while your account is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
